I've had nightmares where I'm unable to walk. In said dream, I'm paralyzed from the waist down and going about normal life as a paraplegic. This is terrifying to me because it's a feeling of being helpless. Other that I have experienced, I have no recollection of. Night terrors are common for me where I will sleepwalk, kick, move around, throw pillows, etc. After the fact I have no recollection of what I was dreaming of or why I was yelling, kicking, etc.
