The harmonic minor scale-

A follows the key signature of the relative Major.

B follows the key signature of the relative Major, and adds the leading tone.

C follows the key signature of the relative Major scale, and raises the 6th and 7th ascending, and lowers the 6th and 7th descending.

D has the same root as the relative Major.
